1.1 Eligibility

  • Applies only to first-time customers making their first purchase
  • You must have generated at least one website to be eligible
  • The website generated must have material defects or quality issues
  • You must provide specific feedback about the issues encountered

1.2 How to Request

To request a refund under our money-back guarantee:

  • Provide the website URL or download link for review
  • Allow 3-5 business days for review and processing

1.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.

2. Credit Purchases

2.1 No Refunds on Used Credits

Credits that have been used to generate websites are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Credits from subscription plans that have been consumed
  • One-time credit packages that have been partially or fully used
  • Credits used for successful website generations
  • Credits used for failed generations due to user error

2.2 Unused Credits

Unused credits from one-time purchases may be eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase, provided no credits from that package have been used. Contact support to request a refund of unused credit packages.

3. Subscription Cancellation

3.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard:

  • Log in to your dashboard
  • Navigate to Billing & Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm your cancellation

3.2 Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to your subscription benefits until the period ends
  • No refunds are provided for partial months or billing periods
  • Unused monthly credits do not roll over and will be forfeited
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

3.3 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. Cancellation of annual plans does not result in a prorated refund. You will retain access for the full paid period.

4. Technical Failures

4.1 Service Outages

If our service experiences a major outage that prevents website generation:

  • We will credit your account for any consumed credits during the outage
  • Subscription time may be extended to compensate for extended downtime
  • No refunds are provided for brief or intermittent service interruptions

4.2 Generation Failures

If a website generation fails due to a system error (not user error), we will automatically credit your account for the consumed credits. Generation failures due to invalid input, prohibited content, or user error are not eligible for credit refunds.

5. Exceptions and Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with generated design ("I don't like the colors")
  • Changes in business needs after website generation
  • Failure to use the service after purchase
  • Violation of Terms of Service resulting in account termination
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
  • Second or subsequent purchases (only first purchase is covered)
  • Expired promotional or discount offers

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

7. Promotional Credits
